ANC 5B held a Special Meeting about the proposed Reed Street Planned Unit Development (PUD) on Wednesday, May 11, at 6:30pm.
The site of the proposed Reed Street development is bounded by the train tracks to the west, Franklin St. to the north, 10th St. to the east, and Rhode Island Avenue to the south. The purpose of this meeting was to give the full Commission the opportunity to ask questions of Hanover Company—the developer for this project—regarding Inclusionary Zoning and any other concerns that may arise.
Commissioner Colleen Costello (5B05) and I hosted a meeting on February 16th to give constituents the opportunity to learn about and weigh in on the proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) on Reed Street NE, bounded by the train tracks to the west, Franklin St. to the north, 10th St. to the east, and Rhode Island Avenue to the south.
