ANC 5B has its monthly Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting Wednesday, November 3, at 6:30pm. These meetings are intended to serve as executive planning sessions to help commissioners prepare and plan for the Commission’s monthly meetings. So long as a majority of commissioners (3 out of 5) are present, these meetings are required by law to be open to the public and any resident may attend. However, there is no public forum for these COW meetings, so residents will not have the opportunity to speak.
