ANC 5B will hold a Special Meeting about the proposed Reed Street Planned Unit Development (PUD) on Wednesday, May 11, at 6:30pm.
The site of the proposed Reed Street development is bounded by the train tracks to the west, Franklin St. to the north, 10th St. to the east, and Rhode Island Avenue to the south. The purpose of this meeting is to give the full Commission the opportunity to ask questions of Hanover Company—the developer for this project—regarding Inclusionary Zoning and any other concerns that may arise.
Residents can view documents and images of the proposed design below. Residents can also view a video recording of a meeting I cohosted with Commissioner Costello (5B05) in February, at which the developer responded to residents’ concerns.
